The general idea of the company's party building work in 2016 is to take "learning the spirit of speech, the party constitution and the party rules, and being a qualified party member" as the general requirement, take in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third, Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as the driving force, take promoting the company's steady and sustainable development as the center, take strengthening the political and service functions of the company's party organizations at all levels as the goal, and take the province's comprehensive implementation of "party building+" as the opportunity, Promote the company's party building work and the company's steady development, production and operation management, scientific and technological innovation and progress, talent team construction, and employee rights and interests protection to mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees for production and operation, make an organic overall plan, deeply integrate, throughout, realize the linkage between the company's party building work and the company's sustainable development, promote each other, and provide strength support and political guarantee for the company's steady development.
The plan objective is to carry out the "four five six" activities (four leading, five roles and six implementation) in the company's party organizations and party members around strengthening the company's party organization construction and giving full play to the role of all party members. By carrying out the "4-5-6" activities, the following basic goals were achieved: (1) The role of the political leadership and political core functions of the Party organization was strengthened. （2） The exemplary role of Party members in taking the lead has been brought into play. （3） The organizational functions of workers, youth, women and armed groups have been revealed.
The main measures are as follows: (1) Further define and give full play to the "four leaders" of the Communist Party members. First, take the lead in observing disciplines and laws; second, take the lead in reform and innovation; third, take the lead in learning skills; and fourth, take the lead in maintaining stability. （2） Further define and actively play the "five roles" of the company's party organization. The first is the role of learning and propaganda positions, the second is the role of unity and cohesion, the third is the role of safeguarding legitimate rights and interests, the fourth is the role of building advanced culture, and the fifth is the role of promoting healthy development. （3） Further define and adhere to the "six implementations" of the Party organization work system. All Party committee members of the Company attended the meeting, and the secretaries of all Party branches of the Company, the heads of the trade union, the Communist Youth League and the Women's Federation of the Company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
